At this time a settlement check will be issued and will be mailed either to our office address or to your mailing address. Once the check arrives, we will draft an invoice for our fees and will endorse the check in-exchange for a personal or cashiers check from you for the invoiced amount.<\/p>\n

During the final stretch of the claim process, we will eventually arrive to settlement. During this stage there may be some documents to sign in exchange for the monies we agreed to settle for.<\/p>\n

Once undisputed payments are issued your claim will enter the negotiation stage of which can last weeks to several months.<\/p>\n
