Insurance Claim Process
PAYMENT
At this time a settlement check will be issued and will be mailed either to our office address or to your mailing address. Once the check arrives, we will draft an invoice for our fees and will endorse the check in-exchange for a personal or cashiers check from you for the invoiced amount.
SETTLEMENT
During the final stretch of the claim process, we will eventually arrive to settlement. During this stage there may be some documents to sign in exchange for the monies we agreed to settle for.
INITIAL PAYMENT & FURTHER NEGOTIATION
Once undisputed payments are issued your claim will enter the negotiation stage of which can last weeks to several months.

MITIGATING DAMAGES
It is imperative to mitigate the damages to your home from further loss. You must stop the source of the problem immediately, our office is ready to assist in any situation.
ASSESSING DAMAGE, INSPECTIONS & COVERAGE DETERMINATION
During this time frame, it is important to remain patient as there will be several inspections with the insurance companies, their experts and representatives. We will also be sending experts of our own to properly assess and document the loss.

I don't know where to begin. Excellent service! The condos I manage who sustained hurricane damages from Irma were delighted to see that Northside... Adjusters was able to achieve great settlements with their insurance carrier in their behalf. We were all skeptical to use this fairly new company, but don't under estimate them!
